After few showing, she figured out our requirements and what we were looking in the house. She searches for the matching property and if  she finds one, she calls us or emails us to see if we are interested. Majority of agents, set us up for automated emails that coming out of their company database that could have list of 20 properties but none of them match with our requirements, but Melissa was there working for us.
